Education Counsellor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Educational Consultant to support curriculum development, teacher training, student assessment, and academic strategy across our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pedagogy, curriculum design, and educational standards. This role is critical in helping us improve student outcomes and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current educational programs and recommend improvements based on best practices.
• Design and implement innovative curriculum frameworks aligned with academic standards (e.g. Common Core, IB, local board regulations).
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and staff on instructional strategies, technology integration, and classroom management.
• Evaluate student data and learning outcomes to inform teaching practices and interventions.
• Collaborate with administrators and stakeholders to develop strategic educational plans.
• Stay current with trends in education, policy changes, and instructional technology.
• Provide support for accreditation or school inspection processes.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of educational tools and digital resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Proven experience (1+ years) as an Educational Consultant, Curriculum Developer, School Administrator, or related role.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze academic data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using educational technology platforms and tools.
