Job Description:

ThinkAbroad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Education Counsellor to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about international education and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial counselling to students interested in studying abroad (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe etc.)
• Assist in shortlisting suitable programs and universities based on student profiles
• Support students in preparing application documents including personal statements, CVs, and reference letters
• Help with the visa application process and documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate records of student cases and follow up with prospective leads
• Participate in training sessions and stay up to date with international education trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business or Social Sciences preferred)
• Fresh or Up to 1 year of experience in counselling, customer service, or education support (internships considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in helping students shape their academic futures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
