Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Freelance Education Counsellors who can guide students, working professionals, and career changers towards the right IT courses at CodeSphere Academy. This is a performance-driven, incentive-based freelance role – perfect for individuals with strong communication, counseling, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students regarding IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
• Understand learner needs, goals, and backgrounds to suggest suitable courses.
• Promote CodeSphere Academy’s IT programs through calls, social media, field visits, and personal networks.
• Convert leads into admissions by building trust and providing career clarity.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment status.
• Achieve monthly/weekly enrollment targets to maximize incentives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or student recruitment preferred (IT/EdTech domain a plus).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation.
• Strong networking ability (students, professionals, colleges, job seekers).
• Basic knowledge of IT/Software courses is desirable (training will be provided).
• Access to phone, internet, and laptop for remote counseling.
