Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance:Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students to help them identify interests, strengths, and goals.
• Academic Planning:Advise students on course selection, academic pathways, and the development of individualized education plans.
• Career Exploration:Help students explore different career paths and connect their skills and interests with suitable professional opportunities.
• Application Assistance:Support students with the college admission process, including applications, essays, and finding scholarships and financial aid.
• Personal Development:Offer support and guidance on personal and social development to help students overcome challenges and succeed academically.
• Collaboration:Work closely with parents, faculty, teachers, and administrators to address student needs and develop supportive plans.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, session notes, and other relevant documentation.
• Workshops and Resources:Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on academic skills, career planning, and other relevant topics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,335.27 - ₹37,242.53 per month
