- Student Guidance: Provide personalized academic and career advice to help students achieve their goals.
- Assessment: Administer and interpret aptitude tests, personality assessments, and interest inventories to help students understand their strengths and weaknesses.
- Goal Setting: Assist students in developing both academic and career plans and creating strategies to achieve them.
- Admissions Support: Guide students and parents through the college and university application and admission processes.
- Program Development: Create and implement programs and workshops on topics like study skills, stress management, and career readiness.
- Collaboration: Work with parents, teachers, and other educational staff to identify student needs and develop support plans.
