Job Description: Education Counselor / Admissions Sales (Inkstall)Role Overview
Inkstall is hiring an Education Counselor / Admissions Sales Executive to counsel parents and students, handle enquiries, and convert leads into admissions for IGCSE / ICSE / CBSE / IB programs (offline + online). This is a high-energy, target-driven role for someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, and close enrollments confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website leads, walk-ins, and social media.
- Counsel parents & students about course suitability, batch options, fee plans, and timelines.
- Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups, relationship building, and closing.
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes, trial sessions, and center visits.
- Maintain lead data properly in CRM/Excel: lead status, follow-up dates, parent/student details.
- Daily follow-ups via call + WhatsApp and ensure fast response time.
- Explain Inkstall’s offerings (subjects, boards, teaching approach, results, mentors, features).
- Support onboarding after closure: fee collection coordination, student details, batch allocation.
- Work with marketing team to improve lead quality and report parent objections/feedback.
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets and maintain reporting discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years experience in education sales / admissions / counseling / tele-sales (preferred).
- Strong communication + persuasion skills (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and closing.
- Good with WhatsApp communication, calling, and basic spreadsheet/CRM updates.
- Ability to understand parent concerns and present solutions calmly and confidently.
- Presentable, professional, and able to work from Inkstall Goregaon West Center.

- Demo/trial sessions booked weekly

Working Hours / Location
- Location: Inkstall Center, Goregaon West (Mumbai)
- Timings: 6 days/week (timings aligned with peak parent enquiry hours; weekends important)
