Education Data Analyst | Learning Analytics & Operations (On-Site)

Shreeji Education Zone (SEZ), Rajkot is hiring a Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and interpret real academic and behavioral data inside an AI-assisted learning environment.

This is a data & analytics role, not a teaching job.

You will work with attendance data, test performance, syllabus progress, task completion, and student behavior patterns, and help convert raw academic activity into structured insights and decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze structured academic datasets:
• Attendance records
• Test scores and error patterns
• Syllabus progress timelines
• Work/task completion data
• Doubt frequency and resolution trends
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Identify patterns, gaps, and anomalies in student performance
• Prepare internal summaries and insights for academic planning
• Work closely with internal dashboards and tracking systems
• Support data-driven decision making for operations and learning design
