Role Summary (Read Carefully)
This is a technology and data-driven role inside an education innovation environment.
At Shreeji Education Zone (SEZ), we build and operate internal learning systems that track student progress, behavior patterns, academic performance, and operational efficiency — supported by dashboards, structured data, and AI-assisted tools.
We are hiring someone who is strong in data thinking, system discipline, and analytical observation — and who is comfortable being close to real users (students) to understand how systems perform in real life.
This is not a traditional teaching role.
Core Responsibilities (Tech & Data Focus)
Learning Data & Analytics Operations
- Maintain and monitor structured academic data such as:
- Attendance records
- Task completion status
- Test scores and error patterns
- Syllabus progress timelines
- Doubt frequency and resolution cycles
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
- Identify trends, anomalies, and gaps in student performance data
- Support data-driven decision making for academic planning
System Usage & Process Discipline
- Operate SEZ’s internal dashboards and tracking systems daily
- Follow strict data logging and process standards
- Ensure system data reflects real-world activity correctly
- Maintain clean workflows (no manual chaos or untracked actions)
Observation → System Improvement Loop
This is a field + lab hybrid role:
- Observe how users (students) interact with learning workflows
- Identify:
- Manual processes that should be automated
- Friction points in tracking or execution
- Missing data signals
- Communicate insights clearly to the core system team
- Help validate improvements once systems are updated
Human Interaction (Context, Not Teaching)
- You will interact with students only to understand system behavior and learning patterns
- Your role is guidance and structure, not lecturing
- The system handles scale — you handle high-value observation and correction
- Expect responsibility for a small, fixed user group (approx. 8–10 students)
Required Profile (Very Important)
Must-Have
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Comfort with data, dashboards, and structured workflows
- High discipline in logging, tracking, and follow-through
- Ability to observe patterns and think in systems
- Ownership mindset — problems are solved, not passed on
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Background in:
- Data analysis
- Engineering / science
- Systems, operations, or analytics
- Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, or internal software
- Interest in AI, automation, or applied analytics
Who Should NOT Apply
This role is not suitable if you are looking for:
- A pure teaching or lecturing job
- Casual tutoring work
- Minimal responsibility roles
- Jobs without structured systems or accountability
Growth Path
This role can evolve into:
- Senior Learning Systems Analyst
- Academic Operations Lead
- AI-Assisted Learning Architect
- Internal Product / Process Owner
Growth is based on system ownership, analytical clarity, and execution quality.
Why This Role Is Unique
- Real users + real data (not dummy datasets)
- Direct impact on how learning systems evolve
- Rare mix of data, human behavior, and system design
- Ground-level exposure + long-term tech growth
Shortlisted candidates will go through an in-person discussion and practical evaluation.
