Education Director

The Leadership Mandate: Mts Okul Dunyasi is appointing an Education Director to lead our regional expansion and pedagogical strategy from our innovation hub in Building A7, Digital City. In an era where learning environments are being redefined, this role serves as the bridge between educational theory and the physical infrastructure of the modern classroom. Operating from the heart of Riyadh’s premier tech district, you will be responsible for ensuring that our educational solutions—from specialized furniture to interactive learning tools—align with the high standards of the Saudi Ministry of Education and the transformative goals of Vision 2030.

The Professional DNA: We are seeking a visionary with 15 years of experience in the education sector, including at least 6 years in a senior administrative or directorial capacity within a K-12 or educational consultancy environment. A Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed) or Educational Leadership is mandatory, but your true value lies in your ability to translate pedagogical needs into scalable, tangible solutions. You must possess a deep understanding of international curriculum standards (IB, British, American) and how physical space impacts student learning outcomes. We value a leader who can manage high-level relationships with school boards, government regulators, and international partners while maintaining a focus on the "student-first" philosophy that defines the Mts Okul Dunyasi brand globally.

Strategic Objectives at Building A7: Your primary focus will be the oversight of our Digital City operations, ensuring that Building A7 serves as a center for educational excellence and showroom innovation. You will manage a monthly executive allocation of SAR 30,000, directing resources toward market research, product localization for the Saudi market, and the development of strategic partnerships with the Kingdom’s leading private and public schools. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and academic integrity, as you will be the primary voice for our educational mission in the Middle East, mentoring a diverse team of consultants and designers to create the school worlds of tomorrow.

Eligibility & Status: This position is open to established educational leaders with a transferable Iqama or Saudi Nationals. Presence in our Digital City headquarters is required to drive the collaborative innovation necessary for this high-impact role.
