Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Education Director to lead academic programs, ensure high-quality education standards, and drive institutional growth. This role is responsible for overseeing curriculum development, managing faculty, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs and curricula
• Lead, supervise, and support faculty and academic staff
• Ensure compliance with education standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory bodies
• Develop policies and strategies to improve educational outcomes and student success
• Monitor student performance, program effectiveness, and institutional metrics
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning for academic departments
• Collaborate with administrators, stakeholders, and external partners
• Promote innovation in teaching methods and learning technologies
• Handle academic concerns, escalations, and disciplinary matters
• Represent the institution in meetings, conferences, and educational forums

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Administration, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in education, teaching, or academic administration
• 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage faculty and academic programs effectively
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RO4,500.000 per month
