Education Producer

Role Overview

The Education Producer plays a critical role in helping our Realtor agents realize the full value of our education, coaching, and training content.

This role exists to consistently answer one core question:
“What do our people need—and what do our people need to keep hearing?”

Working alongside our coaching and education team, the Education Producer transforms ideas, training, and conversations into clear, engaging, and scalable learning content. You will produce, package, and promote educational materials across multiple formats so agents can easily consume, revisit, and apply what they are learning.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who is naturally curious, understands adult learning, and excels at turning ideas into repeatable, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Learning Media

• Produce educational content in multiple formats, including:
• Podcast and video podcast episodes
• Video-based learning content
• Physical packets and printed learning materials
• Packaged learning assets tied to events and programs
• Convert coaching conversations, training topics, and ideas into clear, usable materials
• Promote and package learning materials for scalable consumption by agents

Podcasting & Facilitation

• Orchestrate, host, and produce podcast and video podcast content
• Ask thoughtful, relevant questions that extract insight and value for the audience
• Curate and shape conversations into learning experiences for Realtor agents

Collaboration & Planning

• Work closely with the Director of Agent Development, coaches, and trainers
• Attend education planning meetings to anticipate upcoming content needs
• Support education and coaching initiatives through aligned content creation

Events & Meetings

This role is expected to attend and support content creation around key company events, including:

• Weekly Team Meetings
• Monthly Re-Connect sessions
• Bi-Annual Round Tables
• Bi-Annual LABS events
• Quarterly Staff Meetings

Required Experience & Competencies

• Experience with podcasting and/or video-based content production
• Understanding of adult learning and educational content delivery
• Ability to quickly understand ideas and convey them clearly to a Realtor audience
• Strong journalistic instincts: curiosity, listening, synthesis, and storytelling
• Ability to extrapolate, curate, and simplify ideas for maximum impact
• Natural ability to convert concepts into sustainable, repeatable deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
