Education Programs Liaison (2026-34)
Overview
The Education Programs Liaison provides logistical, administrative, and operational support related to AAA Education Services. This role works directly with internal and external contacts to support program success, maintains marketing and course program databases, coordinates with internal departments on key program tasks, and keeps educational program materials accurate and up to date. The position also provides technical support for live and remote programs, supports LMS management, reporting, and training records, and assists with recording, editing, and producing educational training videos. It also supports strategic plan initiatives and implementation for the Education Services department.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Compensation
Dallas, TX; Fresno, CA: $61,000 - $64,000
Chicago, IL: $65,000 - $68,000
New York City, NY: $72,000 – $76,000
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives. position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, instructional design, or a related field, and 3+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, training administration, e-learning, or a similar role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with database management
Familiarity with learning management systems and video editing software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
