Education Sales & Enrollment Specialist

Our language institute in Cumhuriyet-Esenyurt is hiring a results-driven Sales & Enrollment Specialist who can convert inquiries into registered students.

Your Mission:

• Convert incoming calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries into enrollments
• Follow up consistently with potential students
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and close registrations
• Manage contracts, payments, and enrollment documentation
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Highly disciplined and results-driven
• Sales experience preferred (education sector is a plus)

Compensation:

• Base salary
• Commission per enrolled student
• Performance bonuses

Pay: 35,000.00TRY - 45,000.00TRY per month
