Education sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role for a results-driven professional passionate about driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams within the education sector.


📅 Fixed days off : Fri and Sat (10am :6pm).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and key clients.
  • Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Design and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
  • Train, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client retention.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 Years Proven experience in the education sector is a must

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· proven track record in sales management roles.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
