Education Specialist/Special Education Teacher ($50 to $65 per hour, PT)

Want to make a difference for special needs students, local or near you?

• Education Specialists earn $50 to $65 per hour on a part-time basis for supplemental income.
• Flexible scheduling (we work with your availability/schedule)
• Services offered Monday to Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm or some weekends (Saturday or Sunday). Sessions are typically 1 to 3 times per week.
• Academic or Transition support services only. NO required IEP meetings/case management
• Students are local/near you (within 5–10-mile radius)
• Positions available throughout Los Angeles County (Long Beach, Signal Hill, Rossmoor, Seal Beach, & surrounding areas)

Qualifications:

• Education Specialist (ES) must have current ES credential
• Direct Academic/Transition support services experience for grades K-12+
• Provide direct services (in-person/in-home sessions) to students
• Must be able to pass background check
• Tuberculosis Test required
