We are seeking a highly motivated Education & Trade Show Marketing Manager to manage our education programs, coordinate trade show and event presence, and support related marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by strengthening AvaDent’s industry presence and advancing education in digital dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
Education Programs

Develop and manage partnerships with dental schools and continuing education providers.

Lead the AvaDent Digital Education Academy programs and resources.

Collaborate with faculty, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and clinical partners.

Track program effectiveness and provide regular outcome reports.
Trade Shows & Events

Plan, coordinate, and execute AvaDent’s presence at national and international trade shows.

Manage logistics, including booth design, vendor coordination, shipments, and setup/teardown.

Organize speaking engagements, demonstrations, and product launches.

Prepare post-event reports, oversee lead follow-up, and analyze ROI.
Marketing Support

Contribute to the creation of brochures, digital campaigns, social media, and educational content.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels in collaboration with the marketing team.

Manage marketing timelines for product launches and educational initiatives.

Support sales and customer engagement with targeted materials.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-
3+ years of experience in event management, education program coordination, or marketing (dental/medical device industry preferred).

Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms (CRM, email, social media, etc.).

Willingness to travel domestically (20–30%).
