Education Transport Coordinator

The Appointment
B-Est Org Qatar is seeking a highly organized Education Transport Coordinator to manage our specialized student and faculty transit operations within Education City. This role is central to ensuring a safe, punctual, and efficient transportation network that supports the academic community. We are looking for a professional who can balance complex logistical scheduling with a firm commitment to the safety and well-being of all passengers.

Core Responsibilities * Fleet Scheduling:
Design and oversee daily transport routes for students and staff, ensuring 100% synchronization with university timetables and campus events.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety standards across the fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet the specific regulatory requirements for educational transport in Qatar.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for campus administrators, parents, and faculty regarding transport schedules, route changes, and specialized requirements.
• Driver Supervision: Manage a dedicated team of drivers, conducting regular training sessions on campus safety protocols, defensive driving, and professional conduct.
• Incident Management: Provide real-time coordination and support in the event of traffic delays or mechanical issues to ensure minimal disruption to the academic day.

Professional Profile * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet management, preferably within the education or public sector.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience using advanced routing and scheduling software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a professional academic environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Doha’s road networks and the specific logistics of the Education City campus.
• A "safety-first" mindset with a proven track record of maintaining high service standards.

Package & Benefits *
Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 11,000.
