We’re Hiring – Education & Visa Counselor

Location: Rawalpindi – Phase 7, Bahria Town (On-site)

ScholarshipHive Edutancy is expanding its operations and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Education & Visa Counselor who can professionally handle both Study Visa and Visit Visa cases.

Position: Education & Visa Counselor Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field Countries Experience Required:

Italy

France

Germany

United Kingdom

United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students & clients regarding study and visit visa applications

Manage complete case files from assessment to on-boarding

Communicate professionally with clients (calls, WhatsApp & in-office)

Guide in documentation, application processing, and follow-ups

Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of tasks

Ideal Candidate Skills:

Strong communication & counseling abilities

Good understanding of visa requirements and documentation

Ability to manage multiple clients at once

Professional attitude, discipline, and time management
