Early Childcare Teacher – Requirements:

• 2 years experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is required. ECE Certificates is a plus
• A candidate should have a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
• Be able to lift 40 pounds to waist high for diaper changes of certain age groups.
• Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by state regulations
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with the parents, staff members and children
• Meet Highlands Academy's policies and requirements

Early Childcare Teacher – Job Description:

• Design an appropriate classroom environment; implement Highlands Academy proprietary curriculum.
• Meet the individual needs of the children including diaper change/potty training
• Participate in staff and training meetings
• Interact with the children to promote play, exploration and learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
