About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Educational Consultant to join our growing training institute. The ideal candidate will guide students and professionals in choosing the right training programs, provide academic counseling, and support overall business growth through client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counseling to students and working professionals on available training programs.
• Assess learner needs and recommend suitable courses or learning pathways.
• Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and training requirements.
• Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure smooth learner onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, or orientation sessions as required.
• Support business development activities and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in educational consulting or training industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand learner needs and offer tailored guidance.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
