Educational Consultant

Soft Consultants is looking for a passionate, confident, and career-driven Educational Consultant who can also create engaging video content related to the study-abroad niche. If you love guiding students toward their international education goals and enjoy making informative videos (shorts, reels, or educational content), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study-abroad options (MBBS, BS, MS, BDS, PhD, etc.)
• Assist students in program & university selection, applications, documentation, and visa guidance
• Communicate regularly with students and parents throughout the process
• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities
• Follow up on student applications and ensure smooth processing
• Stay updated on global education trends, universities, and visa requirements
• Maintain accurate student records and report to management
• Create high-quality short videos/reels for social media (study abroad tips, MBBS guidance, university overviews, FAQs, etc.)
• Work with the marketing team to align content with our brand and student needs

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in education consultancy is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable dealing with students & parents
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to create videos ( informational reels, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media trends in the education niche is a plus
