Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Educational Facilitator to join our early years team. The facilitator will play a key role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning by nurturing the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children aged 2.5 to 5 years in a joyful, safe, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learning through play-based and activity-based approaches aligned with early childhood education principles.
  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote literacy, numeracy, motor skills, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for young learners.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents and the academic team.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
  • Prepare teaching aids, resources, and displays to support interactive learning.
  • Encourage positive behavior and model respectful interactions.
  • Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to maintain a well-organized and engaging learning space.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed. (Pre-Primary preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early years setting.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Passionate about working with young children.
  • Creative, patient, and energetic with strong classroom management skills.
  • Familiarity with play-way, experiential, and theme-based learning methods.
  • Basic computer literacy (for reporting and digital learning tools).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and early reading techniques.
  • Ability to incorporate music, art, and movement into daily routines.
  • Experience in handling diverse learners and inclusive classrooms.
  • Familiarity with CBSE or other early childhood education frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
