Role Overview:
The Educational Partnerships Consultant will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building institutional partnerships (B2B), and expanding the company’s footprint in the Study Abroad and MBBS Abroad segments. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of international education trends.
Key Responsibilities:1. Educational Partnerships Consultant:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, educational consultants, and institutional partners.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to generate quality leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Affinity Education’s B2B network across regions.
2. Student Acquisition (B2C Support):
- Work closely with the counseling team to convert leads into successful admissions.
- Promote study abroad and MBBS abroad programs through seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
3. Partnership Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with foreign universities and medical institutions.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with partners to enhance visibility.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
- Contribute ideas to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
- Track sales metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and meet defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams for campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EdTech, Study Abroad, or MBBS Abroad sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and regions effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for education and international exposure.
- Knowledge of visa processes, international universities, and admission timelines is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new partners onboarded (B2B).
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Revenue targets achieved.
- Student enrollment numbers through partner channels.
