Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the same field or Educational Leadership (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in education, including leadership roles for leadership position.

Previous experience in an American curriculum school is highly preferred.

Fluency in English

Strong knowledge of American curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core or similar frameworks).

Experience in curriculum planning, school operations, and academic supervision.

Ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff effectively.

Strong background in student performance monitoring and school improvement planning.
