Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Male Educational Sales Counselor to serve as a key point of contact for prospective students and parents. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance throughout the enrollment journey, effectively communicate program offerings, and support students in selecting educational pathways that align with their academic aspirations and future goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong ability to build trust and drive enrollment success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone and email.
2. Present and explain educational programs, course offerings, schedules, and admission requirements.
3. Conduct counseling to understand students’ needs, goals, and learning objectives.
4. Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways.
5. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to maximize enrolments.
6. Assist applicants throughout the registration and enrolment process.
7. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrolments.
8. Achieve enrolment and sales targets set by Capstone Learning.
9. Participate in education fairs, promotional events, and outreach activities (when needed).
10. Collaborate with academic and administrative team to ensure positive student experience.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the education sector.
· Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to build positive relationships and effective communication with students and parents.
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Employment Conditions
· Candidates must be currently based in Riyadh.
· Sponsorship transfer will be considered only after the successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
This role requires a high degree of flexibility to effectively support prospective students and achieve enrolment objectives. While standard working hours are maintained, the Educational Sales Counsellor may occasionally be required to:
· Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective students outside regular working hours when necessary.
