Elementary Emotional Support Teacher

Pay Range: $66,000-$76,000 annually

Quantum Education Professionals is seeking an Emotional Support Teacher for an elementary school-based role at Child Guidance Resource Center in Havertown, PA. In this role, you will work directly with students while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals. Full-time opportunities are available.

As an Emotional Support Teacher, you will design and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s academic and emotional needs. You will adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet diverse learning styles while also providing essential emotional and behavioral support. In addition, you will participate in IEP, evaluation, and transition meetings and collaborate with other key professionals teachers, therapists, and families to help students succeed.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field, along with valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education. Previous experience supporting students with emotional needs is preferred.

Quantum offers a generous compensation structure of $81–$86 per hour.
