What are the features we are looking for in you?

Associate's or Bachelor's degree. University graduate required.

Computer operating skills, knowledge of computer and office software and hardware.

Knowledge of a lean manufacturing environment is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Intermediate level of English

What Will You Do When You Join Us?

1. Responsible for the maintenance of major abnormalities in IMEI/ANT/Current/Camera/Audio/FCT/LST/FAMMI test equipment at the assembly and test terminal, the installation and maintenance of Zebra printer MES node computers, estimating spare parts for fixtures, and inventorying test consumables and storage quantities.

2. Responsible for setting up the test environment: hardware architecture, software, driver architecture, and parameter debugging.

3. Responsible for testing the pass rate and fail rate; generating and reviewing the test machine GRR/CPK report.

4. Responsible for writing test machine operating instructions, checking Level 4 forms, and generating equipment status tables.

5. Responsible for the training of excavation engineers and technicians.

6. Responsible for obtaining and updating all test tools and software for the project.

7. Responsible for collecting abnormal MES problems at all test stations, providing feedback to IT, and monitoring the improvement process.
