We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing strategies for behavior management to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's development and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
- Provide early intervention support for children who may require additional assistance in their learning journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Teach physical education activities that promote physical health and motor skills development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience in daycare or preschool settings is essential.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Experience in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners effectively.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices, including early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their welfare through quality education and care.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
