EECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our team in the following positions:

• Electrical Switchgear Technician (Minimum 3 years of experience)
• Senior Electrical Switchgear Technician (Minimum 5+ years of experience)

The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical switchgear systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair LV, MV, and HV switchgear and associated equipment
• Perform insulation resistance, contact resistance, and primary/secondary injection tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in switchgear systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on electrical panels and circuit breakers
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians for efficient project execution
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and codes (IEC, IEEE)
• Operate specialized tools and testing equipment such as multimeters, meggers, and circuit analyzers

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience for Technician role
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Technician role
• Hands-on experience in switchgear installation and maintenance is mandatory
