What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
  • Fabricate crowns in-office
  • Capture high-quality digital x-rays, dental photos, and intraoral 3D scans
  • Ensure patient comfort and provide outstanding care
  • Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Accurately document patient care
  • Contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow

We would also consider applicants for a Hygiene Assistant / Sterilization Technician position. Position Overview:
As our Hygiene Assistant / Sterilization Technician you will be assisting hygienists by seating patients, recording perio measurements with the hygienists, and taking x-rays if you are certified. You will also be responsible for ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and prepared for patient care for the entire office. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of infection control procedures, and a passion for working as a team to deliver excellent care.

We looking to fill a full time position, Monday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sterilize, disinfect, and maintain dental instruments and equipment following proper protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.
  • Set up and prepare sterilization areas and equipment for use.
  • Monitor sterilization cycles and document equipment maintenance logs.
  • Assist with inventory control of sterilization supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations and patient care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization equipment, and infection control protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in dental sterilization or infection control is a plus.
