Position: EHR Data & Analytics Supervisor
Department: Operations and Business Department
Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary Range: $85,238.40 to $119,496.00. There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field required; equivalent education and experience may be considered. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in EHR, healthcare operations, analytics, or informatics is required. Supervisory experience may be demonstrated through formal supervision or equivalent team‑lead roles. Advanced Epic certification or experience may be obtained while in role.
Summary: The EHR Data & Analytics Supervisor provides day-to-day operational supervision and coordination of EHR-enabled workflows, reporting, and data use across clinical and administrative teams. This role focuses on ensuring systems, data, and support functions actively enable efficient operations, timely access to care, accurate documentation, and consistent performance across programs. Working closely with the Director of Operations, clinical supervisors, and external partners, the supervisor supports and implements data‑informed decision‑making at the program and team level.
