Role And Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead end-to-end Environment, Health & Safety management for a large-scale high-rise basebuild project. The role requires strong expertise in greenfield developments and PEB structures, ensuring best-in-class safety practices and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage EHS operations for basebuild activities of a high-rise project.

Develop, implement, and monitor EHS plans, SOPs, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, NBC norms, and client-defined EHS standards.

Drive zero-incident culture through audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

Manage and mentor the site safety team.

Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and contractors to close safety observations.

Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, formwork, and PEB installations.

Maintain EHS documentation, incident reporting, and corrective action tracking.

Key Requirements

8–10 years of EHS experience in high-rise construction projects.

Mandatory exposure to 30-storey+ greenfield projects.

PEB structure experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of statutory safety norms, NBC, and construction EHS practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
