PRIMARY PURPOSE
- Responsible for reporting of hazardous and unsafe situations in internal and external business units.
- Ensure the system complies with the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist administratively in coordinating, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Safety and Environmental Management System.
- Conduct formal facility inspections on a regular basis and report findings to his management.
- Assist in conducting and/or coordinating incident investigations, root cause analysis and submit findings to his management.
- Accompany inspectors during inspection of facilities by governmental agencies and fire safety contractors.
- Support operations’ efforts related to EHS compliance and emergency preparedness and participate in annual emergency evacuation drills.
KEY INTERACTIONS
- Implementation and Compliance with QEHS Policies and Procedures.
- Maintenance of facility and Firefighting systems are carried out as per company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Quality, Environmental Health and Safety.
- Has a complete understanding of QEHS principles, concepts, practices, standards and regulations in JAFZA.
- Good IT skills, particularly in maintaining electronic databases and using Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
