About the role
We are looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) department.
You will become part of a team of ~100 engineers working across projects to design and deliver robust process control and instrumentation solutions for pharmaceutical facilities. Together, we cover everything from engineering design and specifications to testing, validation, and commissioning.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues, vendors, and clients to ensure that electrical and instrumentation solutions meet both technical requirements and regulatory standards.

How you might spend your days
As an E&I Engineer, you’ll be:
  • Assisting in designing and developing instrumented designs for our current & up-coming projects
  • Working with vendor and client representatives in carrying out the validation activities
  • Designing, development, acquisition and implementation of various sensors, actuators and control solutions to meet i.e. Functional Safety, SIS and ATEX requirements
  • Commissioning, testing, qualification and validation of electrical instruments solutions
  • Supervising and construction coordination
  • Participating in project teams, contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement

What you bring to the role
In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Automation or a similar field
  • 1–3 years of experience within electrical, instrumentation or automation engineering
  • Understanding of process control systems and industrial instrumentation
  • Professional level in English and Danish (since we have documentation on brown field projects in Danish)

Experience with the following is an advantage (not a requirement):

  • Sensors and instrumentation (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow, level)
  • PLC, SCADA or HMI systems
  • Engineering documentation such as P&IDs and schematics
  • Industrial standards and requirements (e.g. ATEX, Functional Safety, SIS)
  • Commissioning, testing or validation of technical systems

Important: You do not need experience in all of the above areas. We will support your learning and development as you grow into the role.
