Job Responsibilities:
- Conducted inspection, testing, and quality control of electrical and instrumentation works in accordance with project specifications, international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA), and client requirements.
- Verified installation, calibration, loop checking, and functional testing of field instruments, control panels, junction boxes, and electrical equipment.
- Reviewed and approved method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures for E&I activities.
- Ensured compliance major oil & gas client standards during execution and final handover.
- Coordinated with construction teams, site engineers, and third-party inspectors for timely execution of inspections.
- Prepared and maintained QA/QC documents including inspection reports, material receiving inspection (MRI), NCRs, and punch lists.
- Witnessed FAT, SAT, and commissioning tests for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Implemented preventive and corrective actions for non-conformities and ensured closure as per project quality requirements.
- Ensured strict compliance with HSE standards during inspection and testing activities.
