EKG & Phlebotomy / Medical Assistant Instructor Position Day Schedule

This is perfect for someone who wants to help train future medical professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing health care training to students while adhering to BPSS standards. New York's Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) oversees and monitors non-degree granting proprietary schools in New York. The Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision is part of the New York State Education Department.

Current Class Schedules:

M-Th 9am - 4pm (With a paid lunch hour from 12-1)

We are looking for an additional instructor

Responsibilities

· Teach the approved BPSS curriculum in one of the following course subject: EKG & Phlebotomy

· Keep immaculate records for each student

· Work hand in hand with the Director of Education and the Director of Student Services

· Provide compassionate education and understand not every student is at the same learning level

Qualifications

· Must have at least 4 year’s experience

· Must have patience and work well with people

· Must be computer savvy

· Have an open schedule and be willing to pick up teaching shifts if necessary

· NY BPSS Teachers License (If you do not have one you will be required to get one - which we will help you get)

· Team player

This is a part-time position however our last few part-time hires have loved it so much they asked if we had availability for full time work. If you do become full time you will be entitled to health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and have 401K options.
