Overview:

As an Associate Teacher, you'll support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom environment. Together, you'll help children with and without special needs explore, learn, and grow—making a real difference in their early childhood experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in organizing and maintaining an engaging classroom environment.

• Participate in the development and review of individual classroom plans with the lead teacher and supervisor.

• Assist in implementing classroom strategies to support each child's learning and development.

• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• 30 college credits, including 12 in early childhood education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification

• Associate’s degree in early childhood education (preferred)

• Sign on bonus for new hires or eligible rehires only
