Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm that has provided legal representation to clients across 40+ cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. Their practice is dedicated to providing individuals who have suffered personal injuries or assaults with experienced, compassionate legal representation.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Elder Abuse Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive litigation experience, a passion for advocating for injured clients, and the ability to manage complex cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires statewide travel within California for court appearances, depositions, trials, and arbitrations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Attend and litigate trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs

• Manage and advance cases while adhering to strict deadlines

• Effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced litigation environment

• Lead and collaborate with team members across departments to ensure case success

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail throughout all stages of litigation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with elder abuse, medical negligence, or personal injury

• Prior Elder Abuse law experience is a plus, training in Personal Injury law will be provided if needed

• Strong litigation background with the confidence to independently handle matters from inception through trial

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented work environment

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, trials, and arbitrations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000

• Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Days: You’ll receive 10 paid days off annually
