Job Title: eLearning Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning objectives and content requirements.
• Design and develop interactive and engaging eLearning courses using authoring tools, multimedia elements, and instructional design principles.
• Create and edit multimedia assets, such as videos, animations, graphics, and audio, to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities to measure learner progress and knowledge retention.
• Ensure the eLearning content is accessible and compatible with different devices and learning management systems (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and usability of the eLearning courses.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.
• Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and usability of eLearning courses.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the eLearning solutions and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology and HRM
• Proven experience in developing eLearning courses, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., MS Office Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality eLearning solutions.
