Elecrical Bim Modeler

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler to join our MEP BIM team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and capable of developing accurate, coordinated BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems in compliance with UAE standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems using Revit
• Link and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models
• Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes through multidisciplinary coordination
• Prepare electrical shop drawings, layouts, and schematics from BIM models
• Update models and drawings based on site conditions, RFIs, and issued revisions
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, project specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Assist in generating electrical schedules, cable routing plans, and BOQs
• Support project teams during design development and construction stages

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical)
• Good understanding of UAE authority regulations and MEP coordination practices
• Experience with clash detection tools (Navisworks preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary BIM team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data, Access Control)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reference and coordination
• Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use project
