Elecrical Project Manager

1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Manage daily execution of electrification, solar, and EV charging infrastructure projects at pannIndia sites.
• Plan, deploy, and manage labour contractors and workforce to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Track progress, remove bottlenecks promptly, and enforce timelines and quality standards.
• Read and interpret tender documents, order copies, drawings, GFCs, and technical specifications for correct

execution.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Own site-level client communication; ensure issues are resolved quickly and expectations are met.
• Liaise with government departments, inspection/testing agencies, DISCOMs, utilities, and other stakeholders

for clearances.

• Drive joint inspections, measurements, certifications, and obtain timely work signnoffs.

3. Technical & Commercial Documentation

• Maintain Measurement Books (MB), site diaries/logs, Hindrance Register, DPR/WPR/MPR, and quality

records.

• Prepare and verify RA bills with proper site measurements and joint measurement records.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Billing/Procurement/Operations/Planning for timely billing, materials, and payment tracking.4. Material & Resource Planning
• • Forecast and plan materials; raise indents and follow-up for timely supply at site.
• • Optimise manpower and contractor utilisation to ensure costneffective execution.
• • Monitor site stock levels and manage logistics to avoid work stoppages.
• 5. Team Leadership & Performance
• • Lead 5–7 Project Engineers (or more) across allocated projects; assign responsibilities and monitor outcomes.
• • Coach engineers/supervisors for technical growth, process discipline, and safety culture.
• • Conduct regular reviews and problemnsolving huddles to sustain productivity and ownership.
• 6. Compliance & Safety
• • Ensure statutory, client, and site safety compliances; conduct toolbox talks and audits.
• • Enforce execution in line with tender specifications, drawings, QAP/ITP, and applicable codes/standards.
• • Report incidents/nearnmisses and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Key Skills & Competencies
• • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV, and EV charging infrastructure.
• • Fluency with tender/contract documents, BOQ, drawings, and specifications.
• • Excellent leadership, stakeholder handling, and onnsite problemnsolving.
• • Handsnon with MB/billing processes, QA/QC records, and site registers.
• • Proficient in planning, sequencing, and time management; basic MS Office/Google Sheets/AutoCAD/project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
