Electical Design Engineer

• Prepare IFC Shop drawings, As built and Technical penal wiring diagrams for BMS, PLC, Home Automation, GRMS, Access Control, Public Address, AV Lighting Control, CCTV (as per MOI Regulation), IPTV, SMATV, Intercom, Disabled Alarm, Master Clock & Induction Loop Systems.
• Prepare Control Schematic, Diagram Layout and Installation, Sectional Detail Layout. Panel and Cable internal waring modifications (FCU, DOAS, AHU Room temperature and Humidity sensor)
• BMS Controller and Electrical panel diagram design and manual arrange with technician as per panel drawing.
• I prepare DPS or IO point schedule, coordination, PVT Document submittals, and other engineering related works.
• Manage and document inspections and IR tasks on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Pre-commissioning Point to point testing and commissioning of BMS systems on-site Perform comprehensive site testing and commissioning of BMS system
