ELECTRAN AND PLUMBER

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Electrician cum Plumber to handle both electrical and plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing duties across both trades, ensuring that all systems function safely and efficiently in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, switches, and outlets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and power outages.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Install and test new electrical appliances and devices.

Plumbing Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, valves, and pumps.
• Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and other plumbing issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Read blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layouts.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Certification or vocational training in both electrical and plumbing fields.
• 2+ years of proven experience in a similar dual trade role.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Good physical condition; able to lift, climb, and work in tight spaces.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
