Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Go-Karts Technician to join our company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Electric Go-Karts and be comfortable working in a high-paced racing track environment. You will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of our electric fleet, battery management, and providing pit-lane support during racing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop & Electrical Maintenance (EV Focus)

Electric Powertrain: Diagnose and repair Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, electric controllers/inverters, and differentials.

Battery Management: Handle Lithium-Ion battery packs, including safe charging protocols, balancing cells, and diagnosing BMS (Battery Management System) faults.

Diagnostics: Use the needed tools/software to adjust torque, speed limits, and regenerative braking settings.

Chassis & Mechanical: Perform standard mechanical repairs including hydraulic brake bleeding, steering alignment (toe/camber), axle straightening, and tire changing.
Track Operations & Pit Crew

Pit Lane Support: Perform rapid "quick fixes" during live track sessions to minimize kart downtime.

Fleet Readiness: Ensure the entire fleet is charged and safety-checked before the track opens daily (Tire pressures, sensor checks, emergency stop systems).

Remote Control Systems: Maintain and operate the remote shutdown/speed control systems (e.g., De Haardt, transponders).

Safety Inspections: Conduct daily safety checks on roll bars, seat belts, and bumpers to meet the safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Go-Kart Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or EV Technician.

Electric Vehicle Knowledge: Strong understanding of DC voltage systems (48V+), wiring harnesses, solenoids, and throttle potentiometers.

Racing Background: Prior experience working at a commercial karting track or with a racing team is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Ability to read wiring diagrams and use a multimeter/oscilloscope for fault finding.

Language: Functional English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience specifically with Rimo electric karts.

Knowledge of track timing systems (RaceFacer).

Welding/Fabrication skills for chassis repair.
