This position is expected to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis.

What You Will Do:

What You Bring to Trico:

Electric Utility Dispatcher

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency or high‑pressure situations
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple operational systems
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations as required
• Experience in electric utility operations, dispatch, system control, or related field is preferred.

System Operator

• Has a minimum of 12 months experience as a Distribution Dispatcher.
• Has successfully completed the first half of their DSO training program and passed an initial in-house test to prove their competencies as a DD.
• Assists in DER & BESS operations
• Independently implements load control and/or load management programs.
