MEP Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)
Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician with hands-on experience in Electrical and Plumbing works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, plumbing networks, and general MEP services as required on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, DBs, lighting systems, and power installations.

Perform plumbing works including pipe installation, drainage lines, water supply, pump installation, and fixture fittings.

Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance of MEP systems.

Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

Read and understand MEP drawings, schematics, and technical layouts.

Work on HVAC/Fire Fighting systems (added advantage).

Ensure work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain service reports, material usage tracking, and daily work logs.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients on site requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
