Conductive Electric is a growing electrical contracting company serving the Denver and Arvada areas. We specialize in residential and light commercial electrical work with a strong focus on clean installs, code compliance, and professionalism. We’re looking for experienced apprentices who want consistent work, respect on the job site, and a clear path toward journeyman licensing.

Position Overview

We are seeking a 2–3 year Electrical Apprentice who can work independently on tasks, understands residential wiring methods, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You will work alongside licensed electricians on rough-ins, trim-outs, service calls, and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Rough-in and trim residential and light commercial projects
• Pull and terminate wire, install devices, lighting, and fixtures
• Assist with panels, circuits, breakers, and troubleshooting
• Read basic plans and follow NEC requirements
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with journeymen, foremen, and customers

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on electrical experience
• Familiar with NEC basics, AFCI/GFCI requirements
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited apprenticeship program
• Residential service experience
• Panel upgrade or remodel experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
