Position Overview:

CBA Automation Inc. is seeking an experienced Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of electrical experience and a strong background in industrial and oilfield construction.

This position will work alongside Journeyman and Master Electricians installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial facilities, production sites, and oilfield environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical conduit, cable tray, wiring, and electrical equipment
• Pull wire and terminate electrical devices and equipment
• Assist with installation of motors, motor controls, VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and assist with repairs
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of electrical experience required
• Industrial and/or oilfield electrical experience required
• Current Texas Apprentice Electrician License required
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
• Experience installing conduit, cable tray, wire, and electrical equipment
• Knowledge of electrical construction practices and safety procedures
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motor controls, instrumentation, and automation systems
• Experience working in production facilities, compressor stations, tank batteries, or similar industrial environments
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers
