Description
At Bernicia, apprenticeships are a great way to start your career while gaining real experience. Each year we welcome apprentices from many different backgrounds into our teams.
How to apply
All vacancies will be advertised on Find an apprenticeship on
GOV.UK.
You could be working in a hands-on role with our trade teams such as electrical, joinery, plastering, bricklaying, plumbing & gas and multi-skilled or in one of our office teams like People Services, ICT, Finance, Customer Contact and Housing.
Wherever you start, you will learn from experienced colleagues and gain skills that can support your future career.
Many of our apprentices choose to stay with us once their training is complete. In fact, more than 90% of our apprentices go on to secure permanent roles with Bernicia.
That means you are not just gaining a qualification, you are building a career.
We especially welcome applications from Bernicia tenants and people living in our communities.
If you are looking for a new opportunity, an apprenticeship with Bernicia could be the first step.
These roles offer the chance to gain real experience, build skills and work towards a recognised qualification while earning on the job.
