Job Title-Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Technician – Automation & Drives (Immediate Joiners)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and highly reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Technician to manage electrical and automation maintenance for our production facility at Reliance MET City, Jhajjar. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, automation, and breakdown maintenance.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, handle responsibility, and be dependable in critical production environments. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control panels and automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to AC Drives / VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and automation components
• Perform electrical maintenance for motors, starters, relays, contactors, heaters, thermocouples, and overloads
• Handle wiring, panel maintenance, and electrical connections across machines
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on industrial equipment including extruders, conveyors, blowers, and related machinery
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities and report recurring or critical issues

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field
• 2–7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical & automation maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of AC Drives (ABB, Siemens, Delta, Schneider, etc.)
• Experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults independently
• Strong understanding of industrial wiring, motors, control circuits, and safety standards
• High reliability, accountability, and consistency in attendance and work quality

Compensation

Starting Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Salary is flexible and can go higher based on experience, skill level, and work quality.
